About the Seaboard Air Line “As Delivered’ paint scheme
In February of 1963, the Seaboard Air Line purchased 25 of the Magor 4948 Covered Hoppers. These cars were of the SAL equipment series 35000-35024. From the ACL & SAL Historical Society review, they claim that the ExactRail’s model is an “an exact match for the as delivered cars.” Thank you to the ACL & SAL historical society for their assistance with this project!
